Nodi

Nodi is a New Zealand brand that creates handmade, natural rugs. The brand is founded by Olivia Moon who first started hand-knotting necklaces while studying textile design in Milan. After time spent learning to weave in India, Nodi (meaning “knots” in Italian) was born.

Nodi specialises in rugs using only natural fibres. This includes New Zealand and Himalayan wool, and jute sustainably sourced from West Bengal, India. Each rug is attentively handspun on traditional looms, creating a unique and natural texture.

Nodi rugs are created in certified GoodWeave factories in India. GoodWeave maintains the highest level of craftsmanship, quality, and industry integrity by ensuring weavers are well looked-after with zero tolerance for child or forced labour.
